Your timeline depends on the substance (alcohol, opioids, benzodiazepines, or others), how much and how long you’ve used, your overall health, and any prior withdrawal history. We monitor you 24/7 and adjust your plan so you’re safe and as comfortable as possible.
What happens during medical detox?
You’ll have a medical evaluation, a personalized withdrawal plan, 24/7 monitoring, and non-addictive comfort medications or MAT when clinically appropriate, plus nutrition, hydration, and rest. Expect frequent check-ins and real help managing symptoms. Once you’re stable, we transition you directly into residential treatment for ongoing therapy.
Can I detox from alcohol or drugs at home?
Home detox can be dangerous. Alcohol and benzodiazepine withdrawal can escalate quickly and may involve severe complications, including seizures.
