How we can help

Our mental health outpatient facility offers multiple levels of care designed to address your specific mental health concerns. Following a pre-screening assessment with a compassionate staff member — who will also be a part of your clinical team and involved in your care — your needs will be evaluated to determine the appropriate level of care. Each client’s treatment plan, length of care, and treatment goals are tailored to best suit their individual needs.

MH Outpatient

A bit about us…

Continuing the same “love you until you love yourself” approach that we emphasize in our higher levels of care, our individualized treatment is carefully tailored to each client’s unique needs, recognizing that no two clients are the same. Group sizes are thoughtfully managed to ensure that clients feel truly heard and not overlooked in a fast-paced environment. This allows clients to safely and supportively explore the root causes of why they are seeking care, with the encouragement of their peers and the full support of the clinical team. Our offices are located in beautiful downtown Redlands, close to nature, shopping, amazing restaurants, and fun outing locations for our clients.

Our Levels of Care:

Each level of care includes group therapy, individual therapy, treatment planning, and case management services. In group therapy, Clients will experience educational and application groups that will offer them critical information as to therapeutic theories and approaches as well as real-life applications of these principles, which will help assist them in treating their particular issues and transforming their lives and relationships.

Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) – Our highest level of care is designed to immerse clients in a loving, supportive environment where they can focus on managing their symptoms, addressing their needs, and working through the specific issues related to their diagnosis. At the PHP level of care, clients attend the program for six hours per day, five days a week. During this time, clients participate in four group sessions as well as their scheduled individual therapies and services, which take place between 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM. Our goal is for PHP clients to complete thirty treatment days at each level of care. However, our staff is always willing to adjust the length of treatment based on each client’s individual needs, progress, and treatment goals.

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) – At our IOP levels of care, clients initially attend three hours of group therapy per day, five days per week, before transitioning to three days per week. After establishing an educational foundation and developing a strong therapeutic relationship with their treatment team, clients in the IOP levels of care continue to receive support and guidance while gaining the independence needed to apply the principles they are learning to their daily lives. The IOP level of care is a critical learning period where clients can make meaningful changes, discuss their experiences, and reflect on their successes and challenges with their treatment team.

Destiny Recovery Center has earned the Gold Seal of Approval from The Joint Commission, and we consistently strive to provide the highest quality of care possible to our patients and their families. The mission of The Joint Commission is to continuously improve the safety and quality of care provided to the public through the provision of health care accreditation and related services that support performance improvement in health care organizations. The Joint Commission’s comprehensive accreditation process evaluates an organization’s compliance with these standards and other accreditation requirements. Below are the accredited care services we offer and the locations at which they’re administered.

To earn and maintain The Joint Commission Gold Seal of Approval, an organization must undergo an on-site survey by a JC surveyor or team at least every three years. Joint Commission standards address the organization’s level of performance in key functional areas, such as patient rights, patient treatment, and infection control. Standards set forth performance expectations for activities that affect the safety and quality of patient care. If an organization does the right things and does them well, there is a strong likelihood that its patients will experience good outcomes. –Organization– cares about what you think about our program, and we therefore want to always keep communication open.

Through this notice, we want to encourage any individual who has concerns about patient care or safety at our facility to contact –Organization– management directly. We are confident that once a concern is addressed with us, we can satisfy and resolve any issue. Although unlikely, if an individual’s concern cannot be resolved by working with us directly, the individual is encouraged to contact the Joint Commission. The contact number is 800-984-6610.
