About Us

About Destiny Recovery Center

Wellbeing and health power and freedom and mental health

I have not failed. I have just found 10,000 things that do not work.

At Destiny Recovery we are a clinically based treatment center designed with individualized treatment foremost in mind. Substance addiction, mental illness, and behavioral health disorders are often as unique as the individuals they affect.

At Destiny Recovery Center, our core philosophy is to “love you until you love yourself.” This commitment is evident every second of every day. Beyond clinical and educational groups, we engage with clients through genuine human experiences, fostering a sense of family that extends beyond their stay. We conduct weekly follow-ups, maintaining connections even with our earliest clients. Our recently launched alumni program facilitates weekly Zoom check-ins, bringing together staff and current clients to support ongoing recovery.

Who We Help

Our mental health outpatient facility offers multiple levels of care designed to address your specific mental health concerns. Following a pre-screening assessment with a compassionate staff member—who will also be a part of your clinical team and involved in your care—your needs will be evaluated to determine the appropriate level of care.

Each client’s treatment plan, length of care, and treatment goals are tailored to best suit their individual needs.

Our Services

Care at Destiny Recovery Center

Detox

The first step in the treatment process starts with detox. At DR, we have a safe environment with medical staff to assess a client’s need for medication to help remove the addictive substances from the person’s body. This initial step is where we begin the treatment phase of therapies for managing cravings and getting back to normal life.

Residential

After successfully completing detox, clients are invited to participate in a residential treatment environment. Our trained clinicians focus on evidence-based practices to build a solid future for our clients. At Destiny Recovery, we pride ourselves on providing the best client care.

Aftercare

As our clients at Destiny Recovery Center start their journey to recovery, we help guide them with an aftercare plan to support the individualized needs of each person. Our team helps build an aftercare plan to continue treatment, long-term sobriety, and mental well-being.

Outpatient Mental Health

Our outpatient mental health program offers compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to your unique needs. Our expert team provides therapy, counseling, and support to help you manage symptoms and improve your quality of life. Join us on your journey to mental wellness and discover a path to a brighter future.

Destiny Recovery Center has earned the Gold Seal of Approval from The Joint Commission, and we consistently strive to provide the highest quality of care possible to our patients and their families. The mission of The Joint Commission is to continuously improve the safety and quality of care provided to the public through the provision of health care accreditation and related services that support performance improvement in health care organizations. The Joint Commission’s comprehensive accreditation process evaluates an organization’s compliance with these standards and other accreditation requirements. Below are the accredited care services we offer and the locations at which they’re administered.

To earn and maintain The Joint Commission Gold Seal of Approval, an organization must undergo an on-site survey by a JC surveyor or team at least every three years. Joint Commission standards address the organization’s level of performance in key functional areas, such as patient rights, patient treatment, and infection control. Standards set forth performance expectations for activities that affect the safety and quality of patient care. If an organization does the right things and does them well, there is a strong likelihood that its patients will experience good outcomes. –Organization– cares about what you think about our program, and we therefore want to always keep communication open.

Through this notice, we want to encourage any individual who has concerns about patient care or safety at our facility to contact –Organization– management directly. We are confident that once a concern is addressed with us, we can satisfy and resolve any issue. Although unlikely, if an individual’s concern cannot be resolved by working with us directly, the individual is encouraged to contact the Joint Commission. The contact number is 800-984-6610.
